PL Workshop Series
Hydraulically operated or CNC controlled for
PE, PP, PVDF and other thermoplastic
materials. Pivoting clamps allow for the
fabrication of bends with different angles.
These machines can be supplied with special
clamps for fabrication of 90’, 45’ and 60’
tees as well as crosses.
Butt-welding: Site PT Trench Series
Hydraulically operated butt welding machines
suitable for PE, PE100, PP, PVDF and other
thermoplastic materials. Self aligning and
very compact makes them suitable for working
in road construction, ditches, aqueducts,
gas ducts, sewer and irrigation systems. PT
series from PT125 to PT1600 are invented and
patented by Tecnodue.
Socket Fusion Welding PF Socket Fusion Series
Portable socket fusion tools excellent for
PE, PP, PPR, and PVDF. Supplied with
adjustable temperature thermostat and PTFE
coated bushes. The kits are supplied with
tool support, work screws and spanners all
in a metal carry box.
Extrusion Welding
Munsch Series
Portable rod or granular extrusion welders
suitable for PE, PP, PVDF, PVC and other
thermoplastic materials. Very handy for
repairing of pipe, tank fabrication and
uncomfortable position jobs. They all come
with various outputs and features.
Sheet Welding SL Series
Manually or CNC controlled sheet butt
welding machines for PE, PP, PVC and other
thermoplastic materials. Depending on the
model they can be completely automatic or
have some manually controlled movements.
Hydraulic functions control closing of the
pressure bars and the machine opening and
closing. Heating mirror is controlled by
pneumatic unit. Can be supplied in 1000,
2000, 3000 and 4000m
Tools

chamfering tools, ultrasonic thickness
testers and temperature probes.
